Bird Conservancy of the Rockies is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Colorado Habitat Coordinator (Conservationist III) to oversee the supervision, coordination and implementation of their Private Lands Wildlife Biologist network in eastern Colorado. The Coordinator, based in Fort Collins, CO office, will remotely supervise seven Private Land Wildlife Biologists implementing on-the-ground conservation projects. They are seeking an individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about the resource concerns, human dynamics and project implementation of habitat conservation. TeamWorks is a conservation-based youth employment program that brings together a mix of young people (ages 16-20) from urban and rural areas to work side by side on crews. As an organization, their goal is to attract and hire underrepresented youth who would not ordinarily have the opportunity to work on a conservation crew.  Crews collaborate with a variety of project partners in the Front Range of Colorado, and have the chance to work with both public land managers as well as non-profit organizations.
